Core Experience : Extensive background in front-end web application development with strong hands-on programming.
Methodology : Proven history of working within Agile / Scrum environments and cross-functional teams.
Technical Skills :
Modern Stacks : Proficiency in at least one major language / framework : Java, JavaScript, React, Vue, or Angular (specifically within LAMP, MEAN, or MERN stacks).
HCD Expertise : Skilled in end-to-end Human-Centered Design (HCD) techniques, including research, design, and usability testing.
Strategic Design : Experience creating conceptual and detailed design solutions based on complex end-user needs.
Soft Skills : Strong ability to communicate with both business stakeholders and technology users to build holistic, high-visibility solutions.

Education & Certifications
Bachelor''s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Professional certifications in UI / UX Design or Web Development.
Specialized ADA & Accessibility Expertise
Compliance : Demonstrated focus on WCAG 2.1 AA compliance and ADA Title II requirements.
Tooling : Experience with enterprise scanning tools like SiteImprove or Silktide to monitor scores and track remediation.
Technical Remediation : Ability to translate accessibility scan results into actionable code-level fixes across HTML, CSS, and JS.
Document Accessibility : Familiarity with remediating Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT) and PDF files for accessibility.
Industry & Platforms
CMS Familiarity : Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), SharePoint, or WordPress.
Mentorship : Experience providing accessibility guidance and support to other designers, developers, and content authors.
