Our client, a respected residential builder with 40+ years in the industry, is hiring an Assistant Project Manager to support ground-up homes and major remodels across South Florida. Residential construction experience is required. High-end or luxury residential experience is a plus, not required.
What You’ll Do
Support daily operations for residential new builds and remodels
Assist with scheduling, subcontractor coordination, inspections, and materials
Manage permitting, contract documents, RFIs, COs, and project paperwork
Help maintain budgets, logs, reports, and project files
Coordinate with designers, architects, engineers, and permitting offices
Support punch-out and project closeout
What You Bring
1+ year of experience in residential construction (required)
Strong understanding of construction administration, permitting, and contracts
Ability to manage documentation, project logs, and workflow
Experience supporting PMs or field teams for a residential GC
High-end or luxury home experience is a bonus
English required; Spanish/Portuguese a plus
