Key Responsibilities
Participate in Support's on-call rotation and manage technical customer issues to resolution
Create technical content to capture best practices and grow customer relationships through trusted advice
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure continuity across the customer journey and inform product roadmaps
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience with Linux and networking fundamentals
Proficiency in scripting using Bash and Python
Knowledge of computer vision and machine learning pipeline practices
Experience in contextual problem solving and workload management
Ability to build relationships and manage sensitive issues effectively
