Monte Nido Portland, located in West Linn Oregonis a residential treatment program exclusively for adults seeking treatment for Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, or Exercise Addiction. Monte Nido's treatment approach focuses on the restoration of physiological and nutritional balance, implementation of healthy eating and exercise routines, elimination of harmful behaviors, and development of motivation and treatment engagement. Our objective is to help each client achieve a clear understanding of their eating and / or exercise disorder and its effect on their life, as well as an individualized appreciation of what is necessary for their personal recovery.

We are seeking a Nurse Manager to lead the Nursing team. Monte Nido Portland supports up to 15 clients who are working towards recovery.

Schedule : Thursday and Friday 7am-7pm / Floor Shifts; Wednesday, 8 hours, and Monday or Tuesday 8 hours

Qualifications : :

Graduate from an accredited school of nursing is required. BSN or higher preferred.

A minimum of two years experience

Previous experience managing nursing operations, either in a residential or hospital eating disorder setting, is preferred

Excellent communication, patient relations, and time management skills; safety awareness; and the ability to work as a member of a treatment team are all required
