Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor

Location : Cleveland, OH

Position : Full-Time

Salary : $115,000 – $120,000 per year

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Job Summary

Join a virtual outpatient team supporting clients throughout Ohio. In this role, you’ll provide assessments and ongoing therapy while following a clear, reliable schedule and working from your preferred location.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Provide individual teletherapy sessions focused on measurable outcomes
  • Maintain up-to-date clinical documentation and progress notes
  • Work collaboratively with other clinicians and support staff
  • Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities

Requirements

  • Active Ohio license as LISW, LPCC, or IMFT
  • Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or marriage and family therapy
  • Comfortable working with a range of adult mental health presentations
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
