Position Summary

We are seeking a skilledCNC Programmer / CNC Machinistto develop efficient CNC programs, set up machines, and produce high-quality parts. This role combines advanced programming with hands-on machining to support precision manufacturing and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program CNC machines using Fusion 360 CAM software.
  • Interpret drawings, models, and GD&T for copper, aluminum, stainless steel, and steel alloys.
  • Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes (HAAS), including multi-axis and live tooling.
  • Inspect parts for accuracy and collaborate with Quality on corrective actions.
  • Optimize cycle times, tooling, and machining strategies for efficiency.
  • Maintain safety standards and organized work areas.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years CNC machining / programming experience (milling, turning, multi-axis).
  • Proficiency with Fusion 360 or similar CAM software.
  • Ability to read engineering drawings and maintain tight tolerances.
  • Experience with HAAS machines and common precision materials.

    • Preferred

  • 4-axis / 5-axis programming, probing routines, fixture design.
  • Familiarity with copper machining and ERP systems.

    • Physical Requirements

  • Stand for extended periods; lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Work around machinery, lubricants, and noise.

    • Pay

  • $25 - $35 hourly depending on experience level
