Job Description

• Implement physician orders, administer medications, initiate IVs, perform treatments and special tests, and document all treatment according to company policies and regulatory standards.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to accurately assess patients' conditions.
• Conduct thorough assessments of patient needs and responses to the care provided.
• Apply sound nursing judgment in making informed patient care management decisions.
• Provide primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
• Administer both over-the-counter and prescription medications as ordered by physicians.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop comprehensive Plans of Care for all patients.
• Guide and direct ancillary personnel to maintain high standards of professional nursing practices.
