Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: ** Starting rate: $21.00 per hour
A General Maintenance will be responsible primarily for general maintenance and repairs in guest rooms, meeting spaces, and front of house areas. Guest room and public area entry-level preventative maintenance are included. A General maintenance Engineer will also perform some repairs on mechanical, electrical, kitchen, and laundry equipment, requiring some skill and experience in these areas. Good communication skills are also required.
Key Responsibilities: - Perform daily preventative maintenance tasks in guest rooms using a detailed punch list to identify and address issues proactively.
- Collaborate closely with the Rooms Division team to prioritize and complete maintenance requests efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of completed tasks and report any major repair needs promptly.
- Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards while minimizing guest impact.
