Requirements :
- Strong upselling & suggestive selling skills
- Proven $80+ check averages at similar restaurants
- Solid food & wine knowledge (or eager to learn fast)
- Ability to read the room and adjust service
- Professional, warm, reliable
- Guide guests with intention
- Upsell confidently (pairings, wine, specials)
- Deliver clean, efficient, elevated service
- Work smoothly with a tight team
- ? BARTENDER – Fast, Clean, Guest-Focused
- Strong guest interaction & sales skills
- Ability to upsell and drive check averages
- Wine knowledge or quick learning ability
- Fast, clean, organized behind the bar
- Experience in elevated, high-volume restaurants
- Take care of bar guests with warmth & precision
- Maintain a spotless, organized bar
- Upsell wine, beer, and pairings
- Support service bar efficiently
