[job_card.job_description]Researching complex legal issues; drafting high-level memoranda and motions Arguing at hearings in court and arbitration Managing written discovery and litigation strategy Taking and defending depositions Handling complex matters such as class actions, business torts, contract disputes, trade secrets, and unfair competition Base Salary : $175,000 – $230,000 Bonus : Billable-hours based bonus + annual discretionary bonus Benefits : Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, retirement, and more 3+ years of substantive commercial litigation experience as an associate in a law firm Experience in complex commercial matters (class actions, business torts, trade secrets, etc.) California Bar admission
