Part-Time Handyman

The Part-Time Handyman will perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in commercial settings. The ideal candidate should have general knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and basic repair work.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance, repairs, and minor installations as needed
• Patch, paint, and repair walls and surfaces
• Assemble furniture, repair doors, windows, and flooring
• Perform basic carpentry and troubleshooting tasks
• Ensure all work is completed safely and up to company standards
• Communicate effectively with clients and office staff
• Maintain tools, materials, and work area in a clean and safe condition

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar maintenance role
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Must be punctual, professional, and customer-service oriented
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Schedule:

• Part-time position (flexible hours approximately 2025 hours per week)
• Some weekend or evening availability may be required

Compensation:

• Competitive hourly rate (based on experience)
