Project Manager (Low Voltage / Electrical Systems)Position Summary :

We are seeking a highly organized and driven Project Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of low voltage and electrical system projects, including security, audiovisual, networking, and fire alarm installations. The ideal candidate will lead teams, ensure timely completion of projects, and maintain the highest standards in safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

• Project Planning & Management : Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and schedules from inception through completion.
• Team Coordination : Lead and manage field technicians, subcontractors, vendors, and internal staff across multiple project sites.
• Client & Stakeholder Communication : Act as the main point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams, delivering clear updates and resolving project-related issues.
• Documentation : Maintain up-to-date project records including drawings, daily reports, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and punch lists.
• Financial Oversight : Track labor and material costs, manage subcontractor and supplier invoices, and oversee billing cycles to ensure profitability.
• Quality & Safety Assurance : Ensure projects comply with company standards, safety regulations, and applicable codes (NFPA, NEC, etc.).
