Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Henderson, NV

We are seeking a skilled behavior specialist to support K-12 students across two campuses in Henderson, NV. This contract opportunity begins on a per diem basis with an anticipated transition to full-time hours. Ideal candidates will have experience working within school settings and a current RBT certification.

Responsibilities include:

• Implementing behavior intervention plans for students in K-12 settings
• Collaborating with special education teams and supervising clinicians
• Managing a caseload across two campuses, providing consistent support
• Documenting progress and maintaining accurate records in accordance with guidelines
• Participating in team meetings and communicating effectively with educators and families

Qualifications:

• Current, active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Experience supporting K-12 students in school environments preferred
• Ability to manage caseload across multiple locations
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to professional conduct and ethical standards

Location:

• Henderson, Nevada

Schedule:

• Start as per diem (approximately 25-30 hours weekly)
• Opportunity to transition to full-time contract status
