Job Description:
We are looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our single doctor, fee-for-service private practice in McKinney, TX.
This position includes a 3-day work week, guaranteed hours, competitive hourly rate, full benefits (medical, dental, 401K), and growth opportunities within the practice.
This is not your typical hygiene role.

What We're Looking For:
Active license with the TSBDE
Passion for patient education and preventive dentistry
Excellent communication skills and a team-player attitude
Ability to collaborate with the doctor and team to refine systems and elevate patient care
A self-starter who values efficiency, autonomy, and continuous learning
Key Responsibilities:
Perform thorough yet gentle hygiene care, including prophy, perio maintenance, and SRP
Educate patients on oral health and overall wellness
Collaborate with the doctor to develop customized patient care plans
Maintain an organized, sterilized workspace with attention to infection control
Keep detailed chart notes and documentation
