POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking STEM Teachers who are passionate about education and inclusive learning to support education. Our students span across homeschool, after-school and neurodivergent communities. This role blends student support, tutoring, and instructional assistance with hands-on activities in a high-end educational environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with coding, robotics, and engineering workshops for K–8 students
• Develop and implement comprehensive, hands-on STEM lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards.
• Provide individual and small-group academic and STEM support
• Assist students with IEPs or 504 plans using adaptive strategies and positive reinforcement
• Provide targeted tutoring assistance in literacy, math, and STEM for K–12 students
• Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
• Assist with lesson plan development, classroom/inventory management, and activity setup
• Work with teachers, and administrators to support student success
• Communicate with parents and caregivers as directed
• Participate in team meetings and professional development
• Leverage Generative AI, LLMs, robotics, and immersive learning tools to enhance instruction and student engagement.
• Use multi-sensory teaching strategies and behavioral management techniques to foster positive classroom behavior.
• Conduct assessments—including standardized tests and formative evaluations—to monitor progress and inform instruction.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICIATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, STEM Education, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven ability to manage behavior effectively using positive reinforcement and evidence-based behavioral health strategies.
• Experience working with students on the autism spectrum or with developmental disabilities is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with IEP planning processes, standardized testing procedures, and tutoring strategies for literacy and math skills.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
