- 3+ years experience advising, litigating, and investigating a broad range of employment and labor issues.
- Proven ability to draft and review comprehensive employment policies and employment-related documents, including offer letters, employment agreements, restrictive covenant agreements, and separation agreements.
- Familiarity with the employment aspects of business transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions.
