Position Summary

The Chemical Manager oversees the safe and efficient use of chemicals in the production process. This role ensures proper handling, storage, and sequencing procedures are followed while supporting quality, safety, and operational performance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Serve as the liaison between EHSS and Production to ensure safe chemical handling.
• Partner with Quality and Production teams to maintain product standards.
• Lead the onboarding of new chemicals and blending formulas.
• Support the design, development, and implementation of chemical processes and equipment.
• Work with Maintenance on process and equipment design, testing, and optimization.
• Collaborate with Production Supervisors to manage daily production activities.
• Promote a quality-first mindset with a focus on error-proofing, continuous improvement, and team development.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
