Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage asset protection teams across multiple stores, providing coaching and performance feedback

Implement and monitor safety and shortage reduction programs tailored to specific store needs

Conduct investigations into theft, fraud, and policy violations while ensuring compliance with legal standards

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Strong leadership and coaching skills across multiple locations

Experience in investigations, surveillance, and shortage reduction

Ability to analyze data and apply insights to drive results

Knowledge of retail operations and asset protection best practices

Excellent collaboration skills
