Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and direction to Case Management Teams, ensuring high performance and customer satisfaction
Manage relationships with transplant centers and act as a point of escalation for case management teams
Oversee team productivity, quality assurance, and compliance with regulatory practices
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a health care or related human service field, or equivalent experience
Three years of experience in a Case Manager position or relevant role involving communication with network partners
Knowledge of medical terminology and case management processes
Strong leadership, training, and mentoring skills
Experience in hematology, oncology, or cellular transplantation within a regulated environment
