Full Charge Bookkeeper

Description

We are looking for an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Syracuse, New York. This consulting position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects while contributing to the financial success of various clients. The role requires a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual who can manage end-to-end bookkeeping and financial processes with precision and efficiency.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee all aspects of bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist in budget preparation and monitor financial variances, recommending cost-effective solutions.
• Collaborate with tax professionals to ensure proper documentation for filings.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate financial records, performing reconciliations and necessary adjustments.
• Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on financial matters.

Requirements - Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role.
