Hours : Full-Time (40 hours / week)

Overview : We are seeking a full-time Accounting Specialist to manage billing tasks for an Engineering company. Responsibilities include drafting invoices, preparing proposals and contracts for clients, managing accounts receivable, and running financial reports. Familiarity with Asana project task management is essential. Experience in the engineering industry is preferred.
