Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our marketing initiatives and helping to drive brand awareness and engagement. As a key member of the team, you will be involved in a variety of projects that include digital marketing campaigns, content creation, social media management, and market research.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels including digital, social media, and print.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and consumer preferences that inform marketing strategies.
  • Create and manage content for social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency and engagement with our audience.
  • Support the execution of email marketing campaigns, including list management, content creation, and performance analysis.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to evaluate the success of marketing initiatives and suggest improvements.
  • Coordinate and assist in the planning of events and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on detail and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills with a positive attitude towards challenges.
  • Basic knowledge of marketing principles and concepts, including SEO and content marketing.

  • Pay range : $18.00 - $28.00 per hour, depending on experience.
