A company is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a team of software engineers in developing and scaling proprietary technology.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership to build and scale proprietary technology in the healthcare industry
Define the technical vision for the team and identify opportunities for value creation through technology
Inspire and develop a high-performing team of engineers while fostering a sustainable engineering culture
Required Qualifications
7+ years of professional experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a management role
BA / BS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
Experience with technologies such as Python, Django, AWS, Kubernetes, and Linux
Proven ability to architect and implement high-performance, large-scale distributed systems
Familiarity with AI-assisted development tooling and modern infrastructure concepts
