• Compensation : $51,000 - $55,000

• Additional Info : - Seeking a provider to work a few days per week at our Eastvale location and potentially other clinics - 1+ years experience as a nurse practitioner preferred- Must have the ability to work independently- Our ideal candidate will provide compassionate care with a holistic approach. - Bilingual is a plus but not required. - EMR : eClinical WorksThe Advanced Practitioner is responsible for developing a loyal patient following by treating diagnosing and educating CVMG's patients on all matters pertaining to their health and well-being, from minor wound care to chronic disease, with an emphasis on wellness exams and education to prevent conditions that will impact quality of life. The Advanced Practitioner must keep current with continuing education and have a desire for lifelong learning. The Advanced Practitioner will be expected to see from 18 to 24 patients per day, ranging in age from newborns to geriatrics.

Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or w / o US residency with current US work visa.
