Job Summary: As an Exceptional Service Advisor, you will be the main point of contact for our service customers. Your role is to ensure every customer has a great experience, from scheduling appointments to explaining repairs and services.

Responsibilities:

Maintain proactive and timely communications with clients and team members.

Prepare for client service with a pre-write process to document client needs in advance of their arrival.

Present service recommendations and service menu mileage offerings to 100% of qualified clients.

Fully utilize digital systems for efficiency and accuracy.

Achieve a world-class customer experience with a customer satisfaction score greater than 90%.

Generate sales of more than 2.25 hours per repair order to meet client needs.

Be an outstanding team member and provide excellent client service. Requirements:

Experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry.

Strong understanding of automotive systems and enjoy working around automobiles and great people.

Excellent communication, customer service, and selling skills with a strong understanding of automotive systems. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with computer software for scheduling and record-keeping.

Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.

Must be a non-drug user. We conduct hair follicle drug tests and maintain a drug-free workplace.

Compensation:

Paid 5 percent of service labor gross and parts gross on tickets written.

Responsible for not having excessive discounting or policy expenses.
