One of our clients is looking for an Administrative Assistant in Hampton, VA .

  • Position : Administrative Assistant
  • Location : Hampton, VA
  • Job Type : Internship

Key Responsibilities :

  • Schedule meetings and manage multiple calendars.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements when required.
  • Answer multi-line phones and provide visitor support.
  • Create and update presentations, reports, and correspondence.
  • Consolidate quarterly reports and maintain organizational databases.
  • Take meeting notes and support conference call documentation.
  • Manage special projects independently or in collaboration with teams.
  • Organize and maintain office operations, procedures, and filing systems.
  • Ensure confidentiality, security, and integrity of office data.
  • Support HR functions, including new hire paperwork and orientations.
  • Implement procedural changes to improve operational efficiency.
  • Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and office systems.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential information professionally.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license, an insurable vehicle, and be available for weekend / after-hours meetings if required.
  • Access to a working phone, computer, printer, and internet.
