Job Description

We're hiring an NP in our tight knit facility in Indianapolis who's ready to lead care, work independently, and still have time for life outside of work.

The Schedule

  • Monday - Friday
  • 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm
  • Built-in flexibility to enjoy your time off

  • Lead daily rounds and assessments
  • Coordinate care with providers and families
  • Educate patients on health plans
  • Document clearly and confidently
