Position : š Occupational Therapist š
Location : 100 Medical Park Dr, Suite B- across from Taylor Regional Hospital, Kentucky
Schedule : PRN- Monday- Friday 8 : 00am-4 : 30pm
What You'll Do :
- Perform assessments and demonstrates proficiency in body mechanics and growth / development of all ages.
- Ability to interpret and identify functional goals and objectives to build treatment plans.
- Provide education and resources to patients and their family.
- Requires the ability to ensure accurate documentation for treatment plans, progress notes, discharges, and evaluations,
- Communicates effectively with patients, families, providers, and other team members.
- Retains accurate knowledge of hospital policies, regulations, and standards of practice for compliance purposes.
- Follows HIPAA compliance.
- Participates in continuous education and best practices.

What We're Looking For :
ā¤ Bachelors Degree required
ā¤ Valid KY OT license
ā¤ Experience preferred- NEW GRADS WELCOME
