LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing company in Phoenix, AZ that is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join the team! This is a full-time onsite position Monday through Friday with fun perks and benefits! Pay range is $24-$26 per hour depending on prior experience. MUST have a Bachelors Degree to qualify.

The Customer Service Representative serves as a key liaison between students and institutional departments. The CSR ensures a positive experience by guiding individuals through enrollment, financial aid, and academic processes via in-person, over the phone, and email correspondences.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries related to admissions, enrollment, financial aid, and academic programs via phone, email, and in-person.
• Provide accurate information about application procedures, deadlines, eligibility criteria, and required documentation.
• Assist students in navigating online portals for admissions and financial aid applications.
• Troubleshoot issues related to student accounts, financial aid disbursements, and registration holds.
• Maintain detailed records in student information systems
• Collaborate with admissions and accounting teams to resolve student concerns.
• Educate students on available scholarships, grants, financial aid, and loan options.
• Support outreach efforts such as open houses, orientation events, and virtual info sessions.
• Ensure compliance with institutional policies when handling sensitive student data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required for this position
• 1+ years of experience in customer service or sales previously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and student information systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to type 45+ words per minute with accuracy of spelling
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, student-centered environment.
