Your Typical Daily Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional dining service to a group of assigned tables in our on-site restaurant
• Take meal orders from residents and their guests and enter with accuracy into our Point of Sale System
• Complete all front of house side work in preparation for meal service to ensure efficiency, organization and sanitation
• Assist with meal service at special events and celebrations held within the Belmont Village community

Skills Required for Success

• Being flexible and adaptable to different schedules, tasks and evolving needs within the department
• Proficient in verbal and written English with strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to actively listen, observe, identify and anticipate guests needs with a strong focus on customer service
• Ability to follow detailed instruction while working as part of a team to achieve a collective goal

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Proficient in written and verbal English
• Demonstrates a willingness to learn and work in a hands-on position
• Interest in working with aging population
