What You'll Do :

Independently perform complex laboratory analyses with precision

Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot specialized instruments

Ensure accuracy and compliance in data documentation

Support research protocols and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Mentor junior staff and collaborate across departments

What We're Looking For :

Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field

ASCP certification (MLS / CLS) required or eligible

Clinical or hospital lab experience preferred; research experience a plus

Ability to follow protocols while exercising sound judgment in analysis

Strong communication, independence, and teamwork skills

• This position could be offered at different levels for candidates who qualify with a combination of advanced levels of education and / or years of experience. The salary range will adjust along with the level of the role to match the person's relevant experience and / or education level.
