Construction Services Lead

We are seeking to hire a Construction Services Lead . You will be responsible for vacuuming, mopping, sweeping floors, trash removal restroom and break room cleaning and other miscellaneous duties to ensure that building and facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe, and sanitary manner. Ideal candidate will have professional attitude & appearance and is initiative-taking, hardworking, dependable, and responsible.

Job Requirements

• Must be able to follow instructions from supervisor and complete all tasks effectively.
• Prior cleaning experience is a plus.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Janitor experience a plus but will train.
• Reliable Transportation.
Benefits :

• Pay rate $20.00 per hour
• Hours 40 hrs per week, Monday - Friday, Weekends as needed
