Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. seeks a Systems Programmer Lead in Boston, MA to design, build, and maintain full stack web applications using Content Management System (CMS) as backbone to support BBH marketing requirements. Implement business logic and data scripting for data management within web applications. Develop, administer, and configure web components, frontend modules, and backend services for external facing websites and intranet content portal using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Manage AEM infrastructure, including AEM security, configuration, tuning, and optimization. Analyze business requirements and maintain application code. Engage with business users to provide production support to identify root cause and solve issues. Define and integrate scalable and secure infrastructure for on-premises applications, database services, and cloud-based products. Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to ensure design, development, and documentation meet BBH standards and policies. Remote work permitted 2 days per week.

REQUIREMENTS : Bachelor's degree in computer science, or closely related computer field, plus 7 years of progressive, post baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Requires 7 years of experience in CMS architecture and design; full-stack web development using AEM; AEM and CMS administration and tuning; and Java and database development. BBH's compensation program includes base salary, discretionary bonuses, and profit-sharing. The anticipated salary range for this role is $178,131 - $190,000, which is specific to Boston, MA and may differ in other locations due to cost of living and labor considerations. Base salaries may vary based on factors such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role.
