Key Responsibilities
Own and execute paid acquisition strategy to drive high-quality lead generation
Oversee day-to-day channel management, including spend pacing and KPI tracking
Lead and grow the team while managing budget allocation for maximum ROI
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in performance marketing with expertise in Paid Search
Proven track record of driving measurable growth through optimization
Analytical and data-driven with fluency in performance metrics
Experience managing agencies, internal teams, and vendors
Familiarity with offline or operations-heavy channels is a plus
