A company is looking for an HR Business Partner to provide strategic HR consultation and operational support to assigned client areas.
Key Responsibilities
Lead accreditation and credentialing efforts, ensuring compliance with HR standards
Develop and update HR policies and training modules for institutional leaders
Provide strategic guidance on workforce planning and employee relations issues
Required Qualifications and Education
Required : Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Preferred : Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Required : 6 years of professional human resources experience in a complex environment
Preferred : Significant experience in HR compliance, accreditation, and strategic business partnering
Preferred : Professional HR certifications such as SPHR or PHR upon hire
