Project Accountant

A company is looking for a Project Accountant to support the financial management of client projects.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary finance partner for assigned projects, maintaining budgets and tracking costs

Prepare client billing and track project costs to ensure accurate invoicing and revenue recognition

Generate financial reports and ensure data integrity across financial systems

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)

2-4 years of experience in project-based financial management

Hands-on experience with Salesforce and at least one accounting system (e.g., Sage Intacct, SAP, QuickBooks)

Working knowledge of project budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting

Experience in life sciences or professional services is preferred
