Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute recruiting strategies for open roles across the organization
Source and evaluate candidates for a variety of technical and non-technical positions
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the recruiting process
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a senior or lead capacity
Strong track record recruiting across multiple functions, including technical roles
Experience hiring for sales, marketing, operations, and administrative roles
Strong screening and candidate evaluation skills
Comfortable working remotely and managing multiple open roles simultaneously
