At AccordCare Home Health, we're looking for a driven Home Healthcare Liaison sales professional to connect with the community, build lasting relationships, and help families access the quality care they deserve.
Serve as the friendly, trusted face guiding families into Home Care Services.
Build and maintain strong referral relationships, driving brand awareness and new client acquisition.
Nurture long-term partnerships with existing sources.
Ensure a seamless admissions process by collaborating across departments.
Stay knowledgeable about AccordCare's services, requirements, and standards.
Drive synergy between referral sources, customers, and the internal care team.
Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of sales experience in healthcare, private home care, or a related field.
Proven customer service and sales skills with a relationship-first approach.
Analytical, adaptable, detail-oriented, and goal-driven.
Strong communicator with families, partners, and team members.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel across Orlando and surrounding areas.
