Position Summary We're looking for an experienced CNC Programmer  who enjoys owning their work from print to production - not just posting code and walking away.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to work on challenging, tight-tolerance aerospace components, collaborate closely with machinists and quality teams, and have real influence over how parts are programmed, proven out, and produced.  What you'll do :

• You'll be responsible for programming and supporting CNC operations using Mastercam across multi-axis mills or complex lathe machines.
• Develop machining strategies from engineering models and prints.
• Support setups, prove-outs, and first-article runs on the shop floor.
• Optimize cycle time, tool life, and surface finish.
• Work closely with Engineering and Quality to ensure parts are built right the first time.
• Help improve tooling strategies, CAM standards, and programming processes.
