A company is looking for a Director of the Enterprise Constituent Relationship Management Office.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic guidance and oversight throughout the eCRM phases, ensuring alignment with business needs and enterprise goals
Develop and implement governance models and multi-year strategic roadmaps focused on innovation and enhancing the constituent experience
Build and nurture partnerships across departments and with external vendors to enable efficient CRM solutions
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in supervisory roles
Proven experience in leading strategic CRM or digital transformation initiatives
Strong financial acumen and budget management capabilities
Expertise in defining and measuring program impact and ROI
Experience with the Salesforce platform is highly desired
