What You'll Do

Meet clients in their homes to assess needs and present custom cabinet solutions

Close sales and provide excellent customer service

Build a referral-based business through strong relationships and follow-up

Manage appointments and client communications using our CRM tools

Who We're Looking For

Fresh graduates or early-career professionals

Energetic, self-motivated, and coachable

Comfortable working independently and in clients' homes

Organized and tech-savvy

Available for evening and weekend appointments across the Greater Houston area

Compensation

This is a 100% commission-based role. Your income is directly tied to your effort, engagement, and ability to close deals. We provide the tools, training, and leadsyou bring the drive.
