Thalhimer is seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team at Manchester Lake in Richmond, VA. This full-time role offers a regular work week with on-call hours as needed. As a Service Technician, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the quality of our apartment homes, ensuring residents enjoy a well-maintained living environment. What You'll Do:
As a Service Technician, you'll be responsible for ensuring the efficient maintenance of our property. Your hands-on expertise will cover everything from completing apartment work orders and turnovers to performing repairs on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances. You'll also be responsible for maintaining common areas, property buildings, and pool areas, contributing to the overall upkeep of the community.
