Electrical Maintenance Technician (Aurora)

LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a growing organization, and they are seeking a motivated Electrical Maintenance Technician Manufacturing to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about electrical systems, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical systems, including PLCs, HMIs, MCCs, motors, drives, and control panels.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to ensure maximum equipment uptime.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams.
• Install, test, and service wiring, equipment, and fixtures in compliance with OSHA, NFPA 70E, and Lockout / Tagout (LOTO) safety standards.
• Document maintenance activities and support inventory management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and drive process improvements.

Qualifications and Skills :

Compensation Range : $34.00 / hr - $38.00 / hr
