[job_card.job_description]Work Schedule : 12-hour night shifts (7 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM) 13-week contract with possible extension based on performance and facility needs Professional Growth : Gain valuable experience in a collaborative, innovative, and supportive environment. Impactful Work : Contribute to a mission-driven organization dedicated to improving patient outcomes. Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill pediatric patients. Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding to changes with appropriate interventions. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-discharge care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with facility protocols. Education : Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred). Licensure : Active New York State RN license (required). Experience : Minimum 3 years of PICU experience in a Level 1 or Level 2 trauma center. Certifications : BLS & PALS (required). ACLS (preferred). Technical Skills : EMR experience ( EPIC preferred ). Soft Skills : Strong clinical assessment & critical thinking abilities. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Competitive Compensation : Earn a top-tier hourly rate of $68 / hr .
