Job Overview

As a Leader, Prestige Selling, you boost sales and enhance customer service in Macy's Beauty department. As the expert on Prestige cosmetics across various brands, you are a beauty supporter who always shows a top-notch service experience by assisting customers and coaching colleagues. Your sharp knowledge of current trends and your skill to lead others makes you a valuable colleague on Macy's team.

Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week, while part-time colleagues are typically scheduled 12-24 hours per week. Subject Matter Expertise : Proficiency in vendor line(s) and beauty trends serving as a knowledgeable resource in this area.

Analytical Skills : Capability to utilize metrics and analyze detailed reporting to develop action plans for achieving sales goals.
