As a Security Officer - Unarmed Commercial Patrol in Honolulu, HI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an unarmed patrol professional with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned commercial real estate locations, remaining highly visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols, engage with tenants and visitors, and provide outstanding customer service. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a caring, reliable, and innovative team that puts people first and values integrity and teamwork in every interaction.

Pay Rate : $18.00 / Hour

What You'll Do :

  • Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
  • Observe and report any irregularities or suspicious activities as outlined in site procedures.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and / or unusual occurrences.
  • Communicate professionally with property management, tenants, and / or visitors as needed.
  • Follow all Allied Universal and site-specific protocols while representing the company at the location.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • A guard card or license is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
