Recovery Agent

A company is looking for a Recovery Agent to assist customers in repaying overdue balances.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls and manage a team email inbox

Negotiate payment solutions with customers to facilitate timely bill payments

Educate customers about their payment options and account terms

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

High School Diploma and 1-2 years of relevant experience

At least one year of experience in the trucking or transportation industry

Basic math / accounting skills and experience with skip tracing

Knowledge of debt collection laws (FDCPA)

Comfortable using Google Sheets and basic computer programs
