Contingent Workforce Program Director

A company is looking for a Contingent Workforce Program Director.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and lead the Contingent Workforce PMO to oversee contractor work, processes, and compliance

Manage supplier relationships and ensure program goals and KPIs are met or exceeded

Analyze and report on supplier and program performance metrics to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, Communication, Finance, or similar

7+ years of experience in workforce management

Prior global leadership experience in strategic programs for MSP, Contingent Labor, VMS, or Recruitment

People leadership experience

Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory compliance related to contract labor
