Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney

Position Overview : We are seeking a motivated Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney with at least 3 years of trial experience to join our litigation team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping clients, comfortable managing a caseload independently, and confident in the courtroom.

Responsibilities :

Manage all aspects of litigation for personal injury cases, from intake through trial or settlement.

Conduct depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and jury trials.

Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and discovery responses.

Develop strong relationships with clients and provide regular updates.

Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure timely case progress.

Negotiate settlements and advocate for maximum client recovery.

Qualifications :

J.D. from an accredited law school.

Active license to practice law in [State].

Minimum of 3 years of trial experience , preferably in plaintiff personal injury law.

Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.

Exceptional organizational and case management abilities.

Empathetic, client-focused, and driven by results.
