[job_card.job_description]Check mailbox and scan incoming mail daily, and send outgoing mail as needed. Complete general office tasks such as filing, hole punching, sorting, scanning, and shredding documents. Order supplies through Amazon and other approved vendors. Create and upload expense submissions for receipts through Microsoft Teams. Coordinate supply purchases on a weekly basis. Schedule maintenance repairs for the facility as needed. Schedule meetings for CEO, arrange travel, assist with Board meetings and record keeping Maintain organization in the copy room, kitchen, and other shared spaces at Pawsperity. Assist with the preparation, distribution, and recordkeeping of weekly stipend disbursements Assist with logistics such as setup, snacks, beverages, etc for meeting and events Ability to tackle problems timely and assess when assistance is needed. Education / Experience : High School Diploma or Equivalence Reliable transportation, some driving may be required (mileage paid) Must be able to write, read, and speak English fluently Ability to squat, kneel, bend, and lift / move ~60 lbs (a case of copier paper) Ability to comprehend and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and policy and procedure manuals. Part-Time Admin Asstistant Hourly Rate $16.00-$19.00 DOE Schedule :
- 20 hours M-F.
